What to Bring:

  • Bring your towel game
    Actually, bring two towels:

    • One to sit on in the sauna (sweat is sacred, not shared)

    • One to dry off after your rinse or plunge
      We’ve got a limited stash of towels on hand, but we ask that you come prepared—trust us, it’s better that way.

  • A water bottle- hydration is QUEEN

  • Swimwear. We’re not prudes—we’re just running a small-town sauna, not an underground spa cult. (Yet.)
